ATM Express is an exclusive initiative of SIBS, MULTIBANCO Network company, which launches a new network of terminals that meets the requirements of international users. These ATMs allow you to make withdrawals, with or without presentation of the transaction’s exchange rate, and balance inquiries. They can be used with cards from 12 brands, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Despite being aimed at international users, they can be used by all Portuguese users with their bank cards, to carry out the main movements they can make at MULTIBANCO network ATMs, namely consultations, payment of services, mobile phone top-ups, among others, with all the security that is familiar to them.

ATM Express Network is monitored remotely, on a 24 hours by 7 days basis, ensuring the service availability with high levels of stability. These systems identify breakdowns and shortages of money, allowing technicians to go to your store to resolve these issues even before any customer or user knows. However, you will have at your disposal a telephone number and e-mail contact to be able to call SIBS in any unforeseen situation.
