If the card is not returned, you should immediately contact the card-issuing bank, or the Customer Service of the ATM Express network.

In ATM Express Network amounts between 10 and 500 euros can be withdrawal, available by selecting pre-defined amounts or selected by the user. Users of Portuguese cards will not be able to withdraw more than 800 euros per day, as for other users the maximum will depend on the limits defined by their bank.

Typically, this type of issue is automatically solved. If this does not happen, you must complaint to your bank, presenting the transaction receipt.

In the ATM Express network, no fees are charged to holders of cards issued by Portuguese banks or by banks in the European Economic Area.

It is a service that allows bank card holders to view, at the ATM, the amount of a transaction in their currency (card account) and in the currency of the ATM, and then choose the value they consider most favorable. It is an alternative to the Issuers’ offer of converting the transaction amount when debiting the customer’s account.

DCC is available for all international brand cards accepted on the Network, issued in countries outside the European Economic Area. This service allows the cardholder, in withdrawal operations, to choose the local currency (Euro) or the currency of the card account.

The ATM presents detailed information on the amounts of the operation with DCC, including the conversion rate and commissions applied, either for confirmation by the customer, or in the receipt of the operation after its completion.
